About this role

The Technical Service Manager leads the Technical Service and Applications Engineering organization for the TPU and liquid polyurethane elastomers business across the Americas. This role provides strategic and technical direction for customer support, application development, product validation, and commercialization, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Service and Applications Engineering activities
Develop and implement technical strategies for customer support and product commercialization
Oversee laboratory testing, pilot‑scale evaluations, and customer validation programs
Mentor, develop, and retain a high‑performing technical team
Manage department budgets, resources, and travel expenditures
