About this role

This role is a Subject Matter Expert – Admin, Operate & Manage position within HPE Operations, focused on managing and optimizing large-scale Private Cloud for AI (PCAI) and AI Factory platforms. The candidate will ensure operational stability, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement for GPU-accelerated environments and containerized AI workloads. Key duties include administering hardware and virtualization platforms, monitoring system health, managing automation workflows, and supporting AI/ML software operations.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain HPE PCAI and AI Factory environments for optimal uptime and performance
Manage GPU clusters, virtualization platforms, and containerized workloads like Kubernetes and Rancher
Proactively monitor system health and lead root cause analysis for operational incidents
Coordinate storage engineering teams for performance optimization and capacity planning of VAST and WEKA solutions
Implement IAM integrations using Keycloak and ensure compliance with security and governance standards for AI workloads
