Everforth ECS is seeking a Technical Sourcer to work remotely, proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for technical, cleared, and program-critical roles. The role focuses on candidate discovery and early-stage qualification, partnering with Recruiters and hiring teams to build strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future program needs. Once candidates are qualified, they are transitioned to the assigned Recruiter for the remaining recruiting process.
