About this role

The Technical Specialist, Applications role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, operations, and optimization of assigned Epic applications within the ENHANCE Ontario network. This position involves triaging and resolving technical issues, supporting system upgrades, and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure efficient workflows. The specialist also serves as a secondary support contact for end-users and assists in maintaining training materials.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support assigned Epic applications including troubleshooting and break-fixes
Lead testing of application updates, enhancements, and quarterly system upgrades
Collaborate with trainers and analysts to support end-users and optimize clinical workflows
