About this role

Parsons is seeking a senior technical leader and subject matter expert in hydrogen infrastructure to provide technical guidance, advisory services, and business development across North America. The role focuses on technical oversight of hydrogen generation, storage, delivery, and refueling projects, mentoring internal engineering staff, and engaging with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to advance clean energy solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical direction for hydrogen generation, storage, and refueling projects
Conduct feasibility, conceptual, and FEED studies for high‑pressure hydrogen stations
Mentor and train engineering staff to build internal hydrogen expertise
Facilitate safety risk workshops and ensure compliance with hydrogen codes and standards
Engage clients and represent Parsons in regulatory and public stakeholder meetings

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplineMBA or advanced degree (preferred)Professional Engineer (P.Eng./PE) license
