Technical Specialist at the Wellcome Sanger Institute Bayraktar lab to generate large-scale single nucleus transcriptomic datasets from patient brain tissue for neurodegenerative disease research. The role coordinates wet-lab experiments for single nucleus RNA-sequencing and may expand to supervise Xenium spatial transcriptomic data generation. This is a fixed-term, two-year position within a collaborative academic research programme.
