Technical Supervisor or Technical Group Lead

This role involves assisting in the installation and qualification of manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting day-to-day manufacturing process and equipment issues, and performing necessary maintenance and repair. The position requires identifying and implementing system improvements to achieve throughput, yield, and product performance goals while participating in the training of production associates and technicians. The role also includes developing methods to assign causes to yield excursions, setting up and maintaining gauges, and ensuring processes run on target as defined by the Process Control Plan.
