About this role
The Technical Support Analyst will join Clarivate’s European Support Team to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for Ex Libris products to end users and customers. This is a one-year fixed-term, full-time role based in Barcelona supporting customers via phone, email and chat. The position suits candidates with backgrounds in library or information science and requires fluency in English.
