An Integration Tools Support Engineer at Workday provides technical support to customers and consultants for integration, data migration, and performance issues across Workday systems. The role diagnoses and troubleshoots complex integration technologies (REST APIs, SFTP, XML/web services), reports defects to engineering, and communicates status and resolutions to customers. The position works cross-functionally with Development and QA and participates in a global 24x7 coverage plan.
