About this role
The Technical Support Engineer at Torq is a member of the Field Engineering team reporting to the Sr. Director of Field Engineering. The role works with global technical peers to ensure successful adoption and optimization of Torq’s AI-native autonomous SecOps platform for enterprise customers. This is a hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week onsite.
