Technical Support Engineer

The role involves providing technical support and resolving issues during the production process and related machinery and equipment in the Assembly department. It includes direct involvement in solder paste printing, lapping, and programming pick-and-place machines (JUKIL). The position requires collaboration with other departments to develop new tools and fixtures for prototyping and product development, ensuring machinery operates correctly and continuously while collecting and analyzing data for process improvement. The engineer will work closely with other department engineers to develop product processes and implement improvement projects to achieve cost-saving and quality enhancement goals.
