Technical Support & Implementation Specialist

This role serves as the primary technical resource for a global network of members, data providers, and technology partners, combining technical support, customer communication, and implementation coordination. The specialist manages end-to-end property data and technical support issues, from initial identification through troubleshooting and resolution. Additionally, the position involves managing the technical onboarding of new members and serving as an internal subject-matter expert for property feeds and syndication.
