The Technical Support Manager will lead a team that resolves complex technical issues for customers using 1VALET's PropTech and smart building solutions across multi‑family and commercial properties. The role involves coordinating with product, engineering, DevOps, and property stakeholders to troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and IoT integrations, while driving continuous improvement of support processes and product quality.
