Technical Support Manager

This role involves proactively managing and coordinating the Technical Support functions for refractory Brick activities across France, Germany, or Austria. The position requires identifying customer technical needs, developing lining concepts, and coordinating product development and supply chain efforts. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales teams, provide on-site trial support, and conduct root cause analyses for product performance improvements.
