About this role
The Robotic Technical Support Specialist is the primary customer-facing member of Locus Robotics’ Support Helpdesk Team, providing first-line technical assistance for the company’s robotic systems and infrastructure. The role focuses on diagnosing and escalating Level 1 issues to maintain operational continuity and customer satisfaction. The position is an evening shift role (Monday–Friday 3:30pm–12am ET) and supports customers across hardware, software, and network environments.
