Technical Support & Training Engineer

The Building Support & Training Engineer serves as a technical resource and subject matter expert for PSD's energy modeling and program delivery tools, ensuring external contractors successfully adopt and use internal software. This role acts as a key liaison between project management, software development, and participating contractors to provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for weatherization and building decarbonization programs. The position also contributes to contractor outreach, recruitment, and field support to expand participation and maintain high-quality customer service.
