Technical Support

This role provides technical support for new products from order receipt to successful handover to production, managing team members and project milestones. The position involves supporting the Commercial Group and customers with new opportunities, assembling cross-discipline teams, and coordinating with the Operations Group to ensure production readiness. Key responsibilities include managing project timing, resolving issues, and initiating engineering change notices as necessary.
