Technical Trainer - Digital

The Technical Trainer - Digital delivers operator and technical training to internal staff, service partners, and customers, utilizing Instructional Systems Design methodologies to ensure continuous improvement of training materials. The role involves consulting with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to maintain current content, conducting Training Needs Analysis, and collaborating with Instructional Designers to create and revise training resources. This position requires strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic understanding, along with the ability to travel up to 90% at peak times to deliver training at customer sites.
