Technical Trainer / Kahua Helpdesk & System Administrator

Procon Consulting seeks an experienced Technical Trainer / Kahua Helpdesk & System Administrator to support a federal program through technical training, user support, and system administration of the Kahua project management platform in the Las Vegas, NV area. The selected candidate will develop and deliver training materials, provide day-to-day helpdesk support, troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and assist with system configuration and ongoing improvements. This position requires collaboration with government stakeholders, project teams, and technical personnel to promote effective system adoption, streamline business processes, and ensure efficient platform operations.
