Technical Trainer

This role provides technical and operator qualification training and evaluation to team members, contractors, and utility personnel within the gas and oil industry. The position serves as a technical subject matter expert, developing and implementing employee development programs while conducting site visits to ensure proper operational procedures. Candidates will also research new equipment, recommend budgets, and partner with business units to establish technical training strategies.
