Technical Trainer

The Technical Trainer plans, prepares, and delivers training programs to meet employee development needs within Gas Operations and related job classifications. This role involves building relationships with various operational teams, assessing curriculum, and ensuring employees are properly prepared to work safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The position also determines employee training and work readiness status while collaborating with field operations to deliver competency training as needed.
