Technical Trainer

The Technical Trainer is responsible for executing training for all Repair Technicians across all product categories within the service operation. This role involves scheduling and delivering training, conducting post-training follow-ups, documenting training sessions, evaluating trainees, administering tests and certifications, and developing training curriculum. The position requires collaboration with teams, adherence to Lean Manufacturing principles, and the ability to adapt training methods to achieve desired outcomes.
