Technical Training Program Manager

This role leads the development, implementation, and expansion of structured on-the-job training (OJT) across Southern California Edison's technical workforce. The position involves partnering with operational leaders and subject-matter experts to translate workforce requirements into scalable OJT strategies and performance-based learning solutions. The successful candidate will establish consistent OJT frameworks, mentor leader enablement, and guide business areas in adopting and scaling training programs while maintaining alignment with learning standards.
