About this role

The Technical Workday Architect serves as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, owning end-to-end solution design across Workday Integrations. This role combines deep functional knowledge with hands-on technical capability to design scalable, compliant, and efficient enterprise solutions for Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and other modules. Responsibilities include leading integration architecture, managing the full lifecycle of integrations, and mentoring junior analysts.

Responsibilities

Lead integration solution design across Core HCM and Compensation modules
Design and develop inbound/outbound integrations using Workday Studio and EIB
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions
Mentor junior analysts and integration developers on best practices
Oversee vendor integrations and implement secure authentication protocols
