Technician, Customer and Network Facing

The Customer and Network Facing Technician at Breezeline performs field installation, troubleshooting, and repair of cable television, internet, and telephony systems across Hybrid Fiber Coax and Fiber to the Home networks. This role involves maintaining network components, conducting end-of-line testing, and restoring service outages while ensuring compliance with FCC requirements and company performance standards. Technicians interact with customers to resolve concerns and promote additional services while adhering to safety procedures in outdoor and extreme weather conditions.
