About this role
Walmart is hiring an onsite HVAC/R Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (including boilers, chillers, RTUs, MAUs) at its Bentonville Home Office Campus. The role supports building operations, performs diagnostics and routine maintenance, and participates in energy-efficiency initiatives and on-call emergency response. This position works Monday–Friday on a 4x10 schedule and is fully onsite.
