About this role
A Vehicle Technician at First Student performs routine and non-routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on buses and other passenger vehicles in accordance with company standards. The role works with minimal supervision, handles complex mechanical issues, may mentor junior technicians, and can act as a shift foreman. This position is safety-sensitive and subject to drug and alcohol testing in certain states.
