Technician or Technologist

The role involves preparing patients for providers, assisting with exams and procedures, and performing a variety of clinical tests such as spirometry, audiograms, EKGs, drug testing, and venipuncture. The incumbent also handles data entry, stocks and orders supplies, reviews test results with providers, and manages related phone communications while ensuring compliance with safety and hazardous waste regulations.
