The role requires a passionate individual with high energy, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail to ensure positive candidate experiences. Proficiency in technology and the ability to manage multiple computer applications while capturing candidate information via phone are essential. Bilingual Spanish or French candidates are strongly preferred due to operations across the United States and Canada.
