Technician, Senior IT (Computer Support)

The Senior IT (Computer Support) Technician provides technical support for computing devices, network connectivity, and peripheral equipment across Austin Community College. The role involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint devices, responding to service requests, and delivering customer service and training to faculty and staff. The technician also assists with equipment decommissioning, asset inventory, and ensures on‑site IT operations during an eight‑hour shift, five days a week.
