About this role
The Facilities Mechanic supports a drug compounding facility by maintaining and repairing laboratory, production, and building equipment. The role includes managing preventive maintenance programs, maintaining documentation and inventories, and ensuring regulatory-compliant operations. The position works closely with staff across the business and vendors to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, stable facility environment. It reports to the Facilities Manager and may require response to off-hour emergencies.
