Technician

This role involves performing planned preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment within a retail property environment at Hammerson Bullring Shopping Centre. The Maintenance Operative works under the Contract Manager to ensure engineering standards, adhere to safety procedures, and manage various non-specialist building fabric tasks. The position requires coordinating with specialist subcontractors and handling urgent call-outs outside of normal working hours.
