Technician

This position supports the Engineering Development effort by creating and managing essential documentation such as drawings, specifications, BOMs, and instructions to communicate design intent to stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with Product Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to develop work instructions, manage engineering changes, and identify critical product characteristics. The incumbent is responsible for managing projects efficiently, evaluating changes, and providing input into cost analysis while ensuring clear communication with internal and external customers.
