Technicians

This position provides onsite assistance for the integration and installation of conference room AV systems, collaborating with the client's management team to ensure seamless customer service. The role involves operating, testing, and troubleshooting audio-visual equipment and control systems while performing preventative maintenance and resolving technical issues. Additionally, the technician supports company meetings by setting up and managing AV infrastructure and interacting with the client's help desk to address end-user requests.
