Technician/Senior Technician

As a Technician or Senior Technician in Downstream/Buffer Preparation at AGC Biologics, you will execute critical manufacturing steps in a modern, ramp-up production facility. This role involves preparing buffers, supporting purification activities, and maintaining strict documentation within a regulated GMP environment to ensure the safe delivery of biologic therapies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement initiatives while operating on a shift-based schedule.
