About this role
A Technical Customer Support specialist in the Solar & Energy Technical Competence Center, serving customers across the DACH region. The role is the first point of contact for technical questions about photovoltaic systems, storage solutions and wallboxes, providing solutions by phone and email primarily in German and occasionally in English. The position starts after a structured onboarding in Wels and can be based in Wels or Graz.
