Techno Rel. & Failure Analysis

This role involves planning, executing, and analyzing data for package and wafer-level reliability testing of electrical wafer sorting and final test for discrete power technologies. The position supports prototype development and bench characterization of power devices, contributing to early device physics evaluation and technology qualification. The successful candidate will help identify and resolve technology issues arising from out-of-spec electrical static performances.
