Technology Advocate

The Technology Advocate is responsible for repairing, maintaining, upgrading, and installing AV equipment for clients while coordinating conference guests and business services. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, managing events in multipurpose and general floor conference rooms, and providing high-touch customer service to ensure a seamless meeting experience. The position also requires overseeing AV systems, ensuring firmware and software updates, and assisting with hardware swaps as needed.
