A Technology & Commercial Lawyer (Vice President) within Barclays’ Global Commercial, Innovation and Technology Legal team responsible for ensuring the bank’s commercial, technology, data, real estate and sponsorship activities operate in compliance with applicable laws and manage legal and reputational risk. The role provides specialist legal counsel across the bank with a focus on market data vendor arrangements, licensing and AI-related legal issues, and supports legal strategy across the CIT areas.
