Technology Developer Discovery Programme 2026 Glasgow

Barclays Technology Developer Discovery Programme is a two-day virtual insight programme for students (two years from graduation) to learn about career paths within Barclays Technology and be considered for a 2027 summer internship. Participants join seminars, workshops, breakout sessions and networking events to build understanding of financial services, technology functions, and the recruitment process. The programme is virtual and designed to give insight into working in Barclays Technology and opportunities available on the internship and graduate pathways.
