This role supports a newly established function focused on improving governance, visibility, and risk management across a large technology change portfolio. The individual will build and operationalize a change radar to provide an integrated view of planned technology changes and apply a risk lens to identify potential conflicts and dependencies. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills to support leadership decision-making without executing traditional organizational change management activities.
