Technology Helpdesk

Under the direction of the Technology Director, this position provides technical systems support to district end users, including the installation, maintenance, and problem detection/resolution of hardware and software technology assets. The role involves providing help desk support via telephone, onsite, and electronic channels to district employees, students, and others. It also includes installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computer systems, peripherals, and network connectivity for multiple hardware platforms.
