This role provides first-level support for end-users, addressing software, hardware, and operating system issues through a service desk. The position involves building and maintaining bank PC workstations, troubleshooting technical problems, and managing IT inventory. On-call responsibilities and flexibility to work outside normal hours are required to support service interruptions and project work.
