RedHelm is seeking a Technology Intern to provide entry-level, hands-on support as a shared, cross-functional resource within its Managed Services organization. This learning-focused role involves assisting the Service Desk and broader Service Delivery teams with basic Tier 1 tasks, ProServ support, and documentation while building foundational MSP experience. The intern will work under the direction of a designated program lead, following documented processes and escalation paths to support client IT environments.

Responsibilities

Complete pre-scheduled support tasks and assist with basic Tier 1 tickets
Assist Specialty Services with MACD tasks and perform simple user tasks
Provide on-site smart hands support and maintain documentation for onboarding clients
