About this role

The Manager of Developer Experience leads the strategic direction and operation of enterprise DevOps tooling and platform services to enable modern software delivery across the organization. This leadership role oversees a team managing CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and integrations with observability and security platforms to ensure standardized, secure, and reliable delivery processes. By partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and Security teams, the manager drives tool rationalization and supports the transition to a scalable DevSecOps operating model while improving developer productivity.

Responsibilities

Lead the DevOps tools and platform portfolio including CI/CD and testing platforms
Define and execute the roadmap for DevOps platform capabilities aligned to business priorities
Drive standardization of pipelines and workflows across engineering teams
Partner with SRE and Security teams to implement telemetry and monitoring standards
Deliver a self-service DevOps platform that improves developer productivity

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field8 or more years of technology experience
