This role involves implementing and operating IsDB collaboration solutions and platforms on-premise and in the cloud, ensuring availability, performance, and security to enable effective communication and collaboration for internal and external stakeholders. The position requires managing the end-to-end operations lifecycle, including design, deployment, administration, monitoring, and support, while adhering to IT policies, SLAs, and KPIs. The incumbent will also oversee third-party vendors, manage security controls, and drive the adoption of collaboration tools through awareness campaigns.
