About this role

The Technology Process Lead – Palletizing Systems is responsible for the technical ownership of all automatic palletizing equipment at the manufacturing site, defining roadmaps, standardizing equipment, and improving system reliability and OEE. The role collaborates with operations, maintenance, automation, quality, safety, and external OEMs to deliver robust, operator‑centric solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Define technical strategy for palletizing systems
Develop and maintain engineering standards and specifications
Lead equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives
Support capital projects from concept through commissioning
Coach and mentor maintenance technicians and engineers

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation & Control Engineering, or related field
