About this role

This role owns the systems engineering product description and performance review supporting OUSW technology release, running the assessment and approval pipeline end to end. The position involves navigating complex Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure pipelines and frameworks to enable Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales. The engineer will collaborate with global defense and compliance teams to structure platform release roadmaps and drive classified assessments to signed decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering engagements and author technical data packages for the Low Observable Tri-Services Committee
Interface with platform engineering teams to educate and enforce DoDM S-5230.28 requirements
Structure platform release roadmaps supporting Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sales export licenses
