About this role

Cooley is seeking a Technology ServiceNow Administrator to join the Technology Platforms & Applications team, responsible for administering, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform across multiple functional areas. The role supports ongoing IT Service Management processes while delivering new platform capabilities and business initiatives through Agile delivery and continuous improvement. This position maintains the health, security, and performance of the ServiceNow platform while facilitating automation and streamlining processes to improve the user experience.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform across multiple functional areas
Manage ITSM and ITOM processes including CMDB governance and discovery
Facilitate Agile delivery and coordinate platform enhancements with stakeholders
