The Technology Strategy Lead drives the modernization of banking systems and aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals. Reporting to the Director of Technology Strategy, this role focuses on simplification, efficiency optimization, and AI enablement while managing budgets and vendor relationships. Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the lead defines strategy roadmaps and ensures systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the banking technology strategy and portfolio planning
Manage budgets and vendor relationships to support technology objectives
Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business goals and growth experimentation
Engage senior leadership to assess initiative priorities and financial performance
Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure technology initiative success

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in strategy, technology consulting, or product managementExperience with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF
